Letter processing rules
The rules for processing letters allow you to configure “Mail” so that the service itself analyzes incoming messages: for example, letters from
moved customers to the “Clients” folder, and messages with the subject “Invoice” or “Contract” – to the “Documents” folder.
The rules created in the mobile application also work in the web version of the service.
Delayed sending allows you to deliver the letter at the right time. For example, with it you can send a report that
The boss asked me to send it tomorrow.
The function will also be useful when team members work in different time zones – they will be able to send letters so that colleagues receive them during working hours.
The delivery notification will let you know if the letter has reached. This is convenient when you write to a person for the first time or when you doubt the address.
If you connect several mailboxes to the “Mail”, then you can view all the letters in one feed – in the “All
incoming”. So, if you are waiting for a message, but do not remember which mail it was promised to be sent to, then you can search for it in the public folder.
You can reply from the same address to which the letter was received.
New features are already available in Yandex.Mail for Android and will soon appear in the iOS version.
