Squids are a satisfying, but at the same time dietary product: per 100 g account for as much as 16 g of protein and only 92 kcal. Read about how easy it is to clean and properly boil squids here. But what salads can be made with ready-made boiled, smoked or canned shellfish.

1. Salad with squid and fresh cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 2 squid carcasses;
  • 2 small cucumbers;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • salt and black ground pepper – to taste;
  • 2 eggs optional

Cooking

Boil the squid and cut into strips. Wash and chop cucumbers. Peeled onion (preferably sweet salad) cut into half rings. Combine all the ingredients, salt, pepper and dress the salad with sour cream. You can add boiled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 squid carcasses;
  • 2 small pickled cucumbers;
  • 1 onion;
  • green onions – to taste;
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • salt and black ground pepper – to taste.

Cooking

First of all, put hard-boiled eggs. At this time, cut the squid carcasses and pickled cucumbers into strips (it is better to squeeze out excess liquid).

Peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Chop the green onion. Peel the eggs, cool and rub on a coarse grater.

Combine all ingredients, salt and pepper the salad. Season with mayonnaise, preferably homemade.

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

  • 1 cucumber – optional.

Cooking

Boil squid and eggs. Cut the first into rings or strips, chop the second into large cubes. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix. You can put cucumber in the salad.

Eggs go great with squid. If the salad contains these ingredients, a delicate taste is guaranteed. This recipe can be supplemented with canned corn – it will be even tastier.

4. Squid and melted cheese salad

Ingredients

  • 2 squid carcasses;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g of processed cheese;
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • capers – optional;
  • 1 bulb is optional.

Cooking

Both boiled and smoked squids are well suited for this salad. They need to be cut into strips or rings. Cut hard-boiled eggs into cubes. Rub the chilled processed cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the parsley, crush the garlic cloves.

When all the ingredients are prepared, combine them and season the salad with mayonnaise. You can add capers and onions to the dish.

5. Salad with squid and apple

Ingredients

  • 3 squid carcasses;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 1 green apple;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • parsley, dill, basil.

Cooking

While the eggs are boiling, boil and cut the squid into rings. Chop the cucumber into small strips or grate on a coarse grater. Do the same with apples. Finely chop the greens. Mash hard-boiled eggs with a fork.

Prepare your dressing. To do this, mix the juice of one small lemon with olive oil. For spiciness, you can also add one tablespoon of soy sauce or a couple of teaspoons of grainy mustard.

Dress and toss the salad. Let it brew a little and serve it to the table.
