1. Salad “Bullfinch” with chicken and rice

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 tablespoons of rice;
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 70โ€“80 g olives;
  • mayonnaise – to taste;
  • 1 stalk of green onions.

Cooking

Boil eggs hard boiled for 10 minutes, rice and fillets – until tender.

Cut chicken, onions, tomatoes and olives into small pieces. Separately grate the whites and yolks on a large or medium grater.

Place rice on a flat plate so that the outlines of a bullfinch are obtained, and grease with mayonnaise. Next, lay out the chicken, onion, yolks and proteins. After each layer, except for the protein layer, grease with sauce. From the tomatoes lay out the breast and beak of the bullfinch, from the olives – the head, wings and tail. 2. Cheese salad with crab sticks in orange

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs;
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet;
  • salt – to taste;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 200 g crab sticks;
  • 100 g walnuts;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • 3 oranges;
  • black pepper – to taste;
  • mayonnaise – to taste;
  • cranberries – optional;
  • 1 sprig of dill – optional.

Cooking

Boil hard boiled eggs for 10 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized flat slices and season with salt. Heat oil in a frying pan over moderate heat. Fry the chicken for about 15 minutes, transfer to a plate and cool. Cut into small pieces along with eggs and crab sticks. Chop nuts. Grate the cheese on a small or medium grater.

Cut oranges into halves, separate a couple of thin slices and leave for decoration. Remove the pulp, cut it into small pieces, put in a sieve and leave for 10-15 minutes to drain the juice.

Mix half the cheese with orange pulp, chicken, crab sticks, eggs and nuts. Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and mix. Put the New Year’s salad in citrus peels, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, garnish with cranberries, orange slices and dill.

3. Salad “Yolochka” with chicken and kiwi

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs;
  • 100โ€“150 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 4 kiwis;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 60โ€“70 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 small bunch of dill or other herbs;
  • salt – to taste;
  • mayonnaise – to taste;
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds – for decoration

Cooking

Hard-boil eggs for 10 minutes, chicken fillet – until tender.

Cut the chicken, tomato and kiwi into small pieces, onion and eggs into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop greens.

Put the chicken, half of the onion and cheese, greens in the salad bowl and lightly salted tomatoes, eggs, remaining onions and cheese in the center. After each layer, apply a mesh of mayonnaise with them, just lubricate them. Put kiwi on top, garnish with dill and pomegranate seeds.

4. Salad “Snowman” with chicken and champignons

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs;
  • 450 g chicken fillet;
  • 400 g potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 300 g pickled champignons;
  • mayonnaise – to taste;
  • salt – to taste;
  • black pepper – to taste;
  • 1 sheet of nori – for decoration.

Cooking

Boil eggs hard boiled for 10 minutes, chicken, potatoes and carrots – until tender.

Cut the fillet, potatoes and mushrooms into small pieces. Separately grate the yolks and whites on a medium or fine grater.

Put the potatoes mixed with mayonnaise in a bowl, then salted and peppered chicken, mushrooms and yolks. After each layer, except for the first, grease with mayonnaise or make a mesh out of it. Sprinkle squirrels on top and lay out the snowman’s face from nori and boiled carrots.

  • 200 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 onion;
  • 200 g of champignons;
  • 2 small pickled cucumbers;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • salt – to taste;
  • black pepper – to taste;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Cooking

Boil chicken fillet until tender, hard-boiled egg for 10 minutes. Finely chop along with onions, mushrooms and cucumbers. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Heat oil in a frying pan over moderate heat. For 7-10 minutes, fry the onion with champignons. Cool and put in a bowl.
