1. Fish in a batter of eggs with milk

  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • 150 ml of milk;
  • 200 g flour;
  • 700 g fish fillet;
  • pepper – to taste;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Cooking

Whisk the eggs with half the salt in a bowl. Without stopping, gradually pour in the milk. Add flour. Stir so that there are no lumps.
