Ingredients

- 120 ml lemon juice;
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano;
- 2 teaspoons of paprika;
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- salt – to taste;
- black pepper – to taste;
- 8 chicken drumsticks;
- 5–6 potatoes;
- 2 red onions;

Cooking

3. Chicken with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven
Ingredients
- 1 600 g potatoes;
- salt – to taste;
- 120 g butter;
- 120 ml of milk;
- 1 200 g chicken fillet;
- 2 onions;
- 250 g of champignons;
- 200 g bacon;
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
- 120 ml dry white wine;
- 40 g flour;
- 180 ml chicken broth;
- 180 ml cream;
- black pepper – to taste;
- 80 g spinach.
Cooking
Boil potatoes until tender in salted water. Add 100 g butter, milk and puree.
Cut the chicken into pieces of about 4 cm, onions, mushrooms and bacon – medium-sized.
Heat 20 g of butter and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Divide the chicken into several batches and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then transfer to a baking dish.
In the same pan, fry the onion and bacon for 7-8 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue cooking. After 4-5 minutes, pour in the wine and boil for a couple of minutes. Pour in the flour, mix and leave on the fire for another minute. Gradually pour in the broth with cream, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Salt and pepper.
Arrange the spinach on top of the chicken in a baking dish. Top with onion-mushroom sauce. Spread the mashed potatoes in an even layer on top. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or a little longer at 180-200°C.

Ingredients
- 5-6 garlic cloves;
- salt – to taste;
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika;
- ground black pepper – to taste;
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice;

- 700-800 g chicken thighs;

- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
